At Dolphins Plus Bayside Facility in the Florida Keys

Dolphins Plus makes learning fun as campers dive right in with hands-on science activities. Campers will experience a variety of topics ranging from local Florida Keys ecosystems, to how dolphins communicate and what their behaviour means.

Some activities your child will enjoy include marine mammal lessons, shows, behind-the-scenes tours and coastal exploration. For the youngsters who have always wondered whether a dolphin or squid is smarter, they’ll find answers to common marine life questions and get close to incredible marine mammals.

Join us this summer for Junior Dolphin Explorers! Junior Dolphin Explorers is a week long summer camp experience right here at Dolphins Plus for dolphin lovers and budding marine scientists ages 11-14. Campers will investigate dolphin intelligence, flukes and flippers, majestic manatees, and even learn how to help stranded marine mammals!

Each day will be filled with fun, hands-on learning activities, marine mammal lessons and demonstrations, behind the scenes tours, and coastal exploration. Campers will be encouraged to cultivate a connection with our resident dolphin population to foster love and respect for the ocean. Camp Information

Camp Dates and Times:

Camps are held Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Watch for an announcement for this summer’s specific dates and make plans to sign up early since camps fill quickly.

The cost is $375 per student for the weeklong experience.

What to Bring:

Many of the camp activities are hosted outside. So, it is important to consider the weather when preparing for camp. Please make sure your child has the proper attire for outdoor activities and ample sunscreen. All campers should be sent with lunch kept cool in an insulated lunchbox and:
